Helen BurtUK-based digital MR specialist eDigitalResearch has promoted Helen Burt to the role of Customer Experience Operations Manager, to help promote, manage and develop its customer experience management solution eCustomerConnect.

The product was developed to gain real-time feedback from customers and instantly measure customer satisfaction, while helping turn around negative scenarios and manage complaints. It combines the firm’s multichannel customer feedback tool, real-time data analysis technology, and deep dive insight capabilities.

Burt (pictured) joined the firm in 2010 as Associate Director for Business Development, having previously worked at Le Boat, part of the TUI travel group, where she managed a global ecommerce team delivering a range of services from web development to e-mail and search marketing. Earlier, she worked for full service digital agency Redweb.
