Denise BahilIn the US, customer experience research and consulting firm Temkin Group has appointed Denise Bahil as Customer Experience Transformist.

Temkin Group was set up in 2010 by former Forrester Research exec Bruce Temkin, with the aim of helping companies become more customer-centric.

Bahil (pictured) joins from discount retail brokerage firm Scottrade, where she served as AVP, Client Insights and Decision Support, having begun her career at the company in 2008 as Marketing Research Analyst. Before this, she worked as an ROI Analyst at Mars Petcare, and held marketing and analytics roles at the YMCA and Tractor Supply Company.

In her new role, Bahil will work on customer insights and voice-of-the-customer programs, and identify best and emerging practices for building customer loyalty by improving customer experience. She will also provide advisory services for Temkin Group's clients, lead workshops, review customer experience plans, and provide advice on how organizations can more effectively interact with their customers.
