Industry association PAPOR (the Pacific chapter of the American Association of Public Opinion Research) has appointed Sarah Cho as the new President of its Executive Council.
PAPOR exists to educate members about the standards of professional conduct and ethics for surveys and public opinion research, while also facilitating networking opportunities through its annual conferences. Cho (pictured) previously held the positions of PAPOR VP and Conference Chair.
Since last November, Cho has worked at DIY research firm SurveyMonkey as Survey Methodologist, prior to which, she spent four years at non-profit health policy analysis specialist Kaiser Family Foundation, where she latterly served as Senior Survey Analyst examining the public’s attitudes towards the healthcare system. Earlier, she was a Research Assistant at Safe Horizon, a non-profit organization which aims to help the victims of crime.
