In the US, pharma research specialist InCrowd has appointed Caleb Costa as Vice President of Client Services.

Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the firm offers a platform through which to connect pharma, medical device and life sciences firms with ‘crowds’ of screened and targeted healthcare professionals who have opted in to answer questions in real-time.

Costa (pictured) joins after a brief spell as Director of Research & Consulting at Market Strategies, prior to which, he was National Accounts Director, Syndicated Research & Hospital Audits at HRA – Healthcare Research & Analytics. Before this, Costa held sales, marketing and account management roles at Roger Green and Associates, Xenon Consulting, and EnablePay.
