SPA Future Thinking

Adrian Baker and Anna ApplefordAdrian Baker has re-joined UK-based SPA Future Thinking as Research Manager – Automotive, while Jagdeep Lota has also joined the Automotive team as Senior Research Executive. In addition, the firm has appointed three new staff in its Shopper team.

The company was formed in 2010 through a merger between SPA and Future Thinking (the latter formerly known as TORA). Specialist areas include media, technology, shopper insight, kids and education, and the firm offers services such as concept, product and packaging development; customer satisfaction; and employee research.

Baker (pictured) re-joins after a year at aura Corporation, where he worked as Senior Account Manager – Automotive Research. Prior to this, he spent nearly five years at SPA Future Thinking, and he earlier held senior roles at Sanofi Pasteur MSD, Europcar, Virgin Cars, and Nissan.

Lota joins from Maritz Research, where he worked on the Ford account, prior to which, he was an Account Executive at GfK NOP.

In addition, Anna Appleford joins as Research Director after ten years at Brand Vista, and Andrew Divers and William Enever both join as Research Executives.
