Kensaye Russell, Michael Rose and Mark BarrettWatermelon Research, the digital specialist within Chime’s Insight and Engagement Group (CIE), has appointed Kensaye Russell as a Consultant and Michael Rose as Project Manager. The firm has also promoted Mark Barrett from Consultant to Director.

The company, which was launched in 2012, applies digital solutions to research data collection and insight delivery, using a range of data collection techniques from IVR, online surveys and communities to mobile surveys, eye tracking and social media monitoring.

Russell joins from M Market Solutions, where he managed a range of UK and international projects across a variety of sectors, while Rose previously spent more than five years at Lloyds Banking Group in the role of Resources Delivery Manager. In their new positions, Russell will manage clients in the financial services and technology sectors, while Rose will work with clients across the financial services industry.

Barrett transferred to the firm when it opened, having previously worked at CIE-owned fieldwork agency Facts International, where he spent six years and latterly served as Research Manager.
