UK-based eDigitalResearch has appointed Caroline Ashley as Senior Research Manager, and Amy Appleton and Kirsten McLean as Research Managers.

Founded in 1999, eDigitalResearch is headquartered in Hampshire and also has offices in central London. Ashley, who previously worked client-side at Royal Sun Alliance, Virgin Atlantic and Fox Kids Europe, will be working with a number of the firm’s clients, predominantly on their insight panels and communities.

Appleton joins from Virgin Media, where she worked as Customer Experience Manager (Mobile), prior to which, she spent more than four years at B&Q, latterly serving as Customer Value Manager. Most recently, McLean served as Client Service Manager at customer experience management consultancy GAPbuster Worldwide, before which, she spent four years at Thatcham Research, where she latterly worked as a Market Research Analyst.

The trio are joined by a number of new assistants, executives and analysts. Derek Eccleston, Commercial Director, welcomed the new staff to the team, which now comprises 116 staff.
