Online community and survey technology provider Toluna has appointed Jordan Bloom as Senior Director, Client Development at its office in San Diego, California.

Bloom (pictured) joins with around fifteen years’ market research experience. For the past four years, he has worked in account leadership roles at ethnography specialist Luth Research, prior to which, he spent a decade at Harte Hanks Market Intelligence, where he latterly served as Enterprise Account Representative.

In his new role, Bloom will focus on promoting the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients.
