In Perth, Australia, Metrix Consulting has appointed Carol Abrahams as Business Director, a role combining the servicing of key clients and the development of new business in key sectors.

Abrahams recently moved Down Under from the UK, where she worked for Oxford-based market analysis consultancy White Space. She brings more than a dozen years of experience gained both agency and client side and covering industries from retail and media to financial services, utilities and telecoms.

MD Marquis Pohla says the appointment supports the firm’s ambitious growth plans, after a good year in 2013, and comments: ‘Metrix actively looks to recruit people that complement our existing capabilities and enhance our offering to clients. Carol’s appointment does just that.’
