Kirk Dobie joins GI InsightDatabase marketing and loyalty scheme specialist GI Insight has appointed Kirk Dobie in the role of Commercial Director, with a remit to grow the company’s successful loyalty, consumer insight and data management business.

The Leicester-based firm, which says it has ‘created and managed more retail loyalty programmes than anyone else in the UK’, offers a range of services from data capture through segmentation to campaign execution and measurement.

Dobie brings more than twenty years’ experience in the data industry including senior roles at Experian, Equifax, CoreLogic, MarketingFile, AC Nielsen and Callcredit’s GMAP; and has led teams covering the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. His expertise includes product development, data consultancy, risk analysis and campaign management.

In his new role, Dobie will oversee the data analytics team, as well as developing new and existing customers, and developing new data products and approaches. He will begin by promoting the firm’s expertise in building Single Customer Views.
