WIN (the Worldwide Independent Network of MR)

Jean-Marc LégerWIN, the Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research, has re-elected Jean-Marc Léger as President, at its Annual Conference in Montreal.

The group has grown from 28 to 75 members in the four years Léger has held the role, having joined with Gallup International (no longer connected with Washington, D.C.-based Gallup Inc.), in 2010.

WIN says its members are among the largest independent market research firms and represent 73 countries. Execs from 65 of the companies attended the Conference.

Léger, who is also President of Leger, The Research Intelligence Group (formerly Leger Marketing), founded WIN in 2007 and says the group’s activities now cover 95% of the world market and account for total revenues of EUR 500m. He continues: ‘We are now a credible and solid alternative to other multinational giants such as IPSOS, Nielsen and the GfKs of the world.’
