Frank MartellIrvine, California-based residential property information and analytics provider CoreLogic has added to the role of former Nielsen high-flyer Frank Martell, who is now Chief Operating and Financial Officer.

CoreLogic’s offer includes data to develop predictive decision analytics, and a huge database of financial information whose uses include mortgage and automotive credit reporting, valuation, and geospatial analytics and services.

Martell joined the firm in 2011 as CFO, having previously spent eleven years at Nielsen, where he rose to the position of COO, and fifteen years in a variety of financial leadership roles at the General Electric Company. He has also served as President and CEO of medical and regulatory assessor the Western Institutional Review Board (WIRB), and worked as CFO of Advantage Sales and Marketing; and EVP and CFO of Information Services Group.

Following his promotion, Martell’s responsibilities will be expanded to include oversight of the firm’s technology and processing solutions, asset management and processing segments, property information and analytics, certain data and analytics groups, and enterprise data management.

He will continue to report to President and CEO Anand Nallathambi, who comments: ‘This appointment recognizes the strategic and operating contributions that Frank has made to our organization and reflects the next step in our strategy of driving growth within our core business while simultaneously enabling expansion in adjacent and new verticals and service offerings.
