Netherlands-based customer feedback specialist Mopinion has appointed Ashley Williamson as UK Managing Director.

Mopinion has its HQ in Rotterdam and an office in London, and offers a software platform to collect and analyse feedback from customers and staff at all the different touch points within an organisation.

Williamson (pictured) joined the firm in December as a Consultant, after a stint at Informa last year. Earlier, he served as Head of Partnerships at United Business Media, in charge of the benchmarking ‘Top 50 Call Centres for Customer Service’ ranking. Before this, he worked for publishing giant Emap as Deputy Sales Manager.

Commenting on the appointment, Mopinion founder and Managing Partner Udesh Jadnanansing said: ‘Ashley brings with him a considerable experience in management and innovation in the customer service market. From his former job at UBM, he is acutely aware of the standards and practises that can turn a good business into a great one.’
