Malph MinnsSports broadcast measurement specialist Repucom has appointed former Team Sky exec Malph Minns, to advise its clients on implementing insights to understand and connect with their audiences through media, sponsorship, and communication platforms.

Repucom’s sponsorship evaluation offer includes the measurement of brand activity at events and the performance of rival brands across the sponsorship inventory. In 2013, the firm acquired Milan-based Immagine & Sport, which provides a range of market research and media ROI analysis services, as well as target audience profiling.

Minns (pictured) joins with ten years’ professional sports marketing experience, with a focus on brand and marketing strategy, research and insight. For the past five years, he served as Head of Partnerships with WorldTour cycling outfit Team Sky, prior to which, he was MD of Strive Sponsorship, a Senior Account Manager at Synergy Sponsorship, Sponsorship Internal Communications Manager at Barclays, and an Internal Communication Consultant at the BBC.
