In the UK, youth, kids and family research specialist iGen Insights has appointed Claire Milner as Research Manager.
Central London-based iGen provides a combination of qual and quant research methodologies and techniques to clients across a wide range of industries including toys and games, FMCG, and media. Its services include product testing and development, brand tracking, creative testing, consumer insight, and app and web site development, and the company also offers access to its Mums and Gamers opinion panels.
Milner (pictured) joins from ABRSM, the exam board of the Royal Schools of Music, where she served as Research Manager, with overall responsibility for the market research team. In this role, she was also research lead and project manager for the organisation’s ‘Making Music 2014’ survey of the learning, progression, and teaching of musical instruments.
