Charles DeGregarioIn the US, youth and family research consultancy Smarty Pants has appointed Charles DeGregario as ‘Qualitative Research Guru’.

Smarty Pants, which is headquartered in Johnson City, TN and has additional offices in New York, Boston, San Diego, Chicago and Myrtle Beach, conducts market research with kids, tweens, teens and influencers and guides marketers on brand positioning, new product development and consumer lifestyles and trends.

DeGregario (pictured) joins from MR agency Market Strategies, where he served in the dual role of Senior Manager/Research Manager. Prior to this, he was a Senior Project Director at Ipsos Understanding UnLimited, responsible for all project logistics. He began his career as a Project Manager at Delve.

In his new role, DeGregario will be involved in conceptualizing, managing and analyzing qualitative initiatives.
