In the US, Kantar-owned strategic insight and innovation consultancy The Futures Company has hired Carrie Parker as Senior Vice President in its Advisory Services division.

The firm was formed in 2008 through the integration of The Henley Centre, HeadlightVision, Yankelovich and most recently youth research unit TRU. It now boasts eight offices in Europe, North America, Argentina, Brazil, Singapore and China.

Parker (pictured) worked for Yankelovich from 2000 to 2006, before leaving to join American Express, where she held a number of management roles over the past few years, and most recently served as VP, Digital Experiences.

In her new position, Parker will be an account leader, responsible for managing and growing the business by developing relationships with key clients. Craig Wood, President of the Advisory Services group, comments: ‘Carrie's deep understanding of our business and her wealth of experience in financial services, digital marketing and branding make her an extraordinarily valuable addition to our leadership team.’
