Metrix Consulting has hired John Horgan as Business Director in its Melbourne office.
Horgan brings ten years' experience of consulting with brands across Australia, Asia and the UK, with a focus on brand strategy, innovation, U&As and communications development in a variety of sectors. He has worked with a wide range of qualitative tools, including food market safaris, in-home cook-alongs, pantry audits, cupboard trawls, co-creation workshops and accompanied surfs.
In his new role, he takes responsibility for leading client engagements, developing qual research solutions and driving overall thought leadership.
