US-based on-demand insights platform Quantifind has hired Joshua Reynolds as Head of Marketing and Jens Tellefsen as Head of Product.

Quantifind is venture capital-backed and based in Menlo Park, CA. The platform helps marketers assess and optimize the impact they are having on real-world revenues, highlighting key opportunities using a combination of historical financial data and unstructured conversations.

Reynolds joins from WPP technology marketing and communications agency Blanc & Otus, which as CEO he led through a recent turnaround. He sites on the advisory boards of AirGrub, Artivest and Taptalk.

Tellefsen, who will oversee product strategy and specifications, was previously a product executive at NetBase Solutions, Vendavo, Callidus Software and Trilogy; and earlier a strategist at McKinsey & Company. With more than twenty years' experience in enterprise software, his areas of focus include business intelligence, social analytics, price analytics and optimization.
