Williamsburg, VA-based Borrell tracks local, interactive and traditional advertising to help companies understand the evolving media landscape by tracking. The firm also produces industry-related advertising reports, offers revenue benchmarking for local web sites, and provides consulting services.

Elliott (pictured) joined in 2014 as Director of Research, having previously worked at publisher Gannett as Director of Market Intelligence, and The Dallas Morning News as Director of Advertising Research.
