Sunil PadmanabhIn India, customer experience management (CEM) specialist CloudCherry has appointed former Gartner exec Sunil Padmanabh as Product Strategy Advisor.

Chennai-based CloudCherry offers an omni-channel customer experience analytics and sentiment mapping product, to help brands track, measure and improve customer satisfaction. Using the tool, brands can measure metrics such as the Net Promoter Score and Customer Delight score. In addition, the firm has recently launched a multi-language interactive voice response (IVR) feedback collection solution, adding to its portfolio of data collection channels which include e-mail, SMS, QR codes, web, mobile, micros surveys and e-mail signature surveys.

Padmanabh (pictured) joins with 23 years of CRM consulting, loyalty management, customer retention and analytics experience. He previously served as Research Director at Gartner India Research & Advisory Services, before which he was Practice Director at Oracle, and Senior Project Manager at Infosys. Earlier, he held senior roles at Cognizant, Wipro and IBM.
