Carol MokIn Singapore, WPP's insight-led marketing and brand consultancy Added Value has promoted Susenie Hon to Director of Qualitative Insight and Mary Lau to Associate Director in its Quant Insight team.

Hon takes up her new role with more than fourteen years' experience in qualitative research, specializing in insight for brand positioning and activation. She joined the company in Hong Kong four years ago, before moving to the Singapore office, and during her time with the firm has worked with Added Value's Cultural Insight team to identify solutions relating to emerging cultural shifts.

Lau joined in 2007 as a Project Director in Los Angeles, before moving to Shanghai as Senior Manager and then Account Director. In her new role, she will spearhead the Quantitative Insight offer, focusing on its GrowthFinder solution, which enables clients to identify, size and activate brand growth opportunities.
