In the US, full service marketing research and insight education agency Burke Inc. has promoted Michael Laux to the role of Vice President, Client Services Manager.

Burke Inc., which is 100% employee owned, is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with regional offices across the US. In addition to offering a full range of MR services, the company runs the Burke Institute, which has trained more than 85,000 participants through more than 4,000 public and in-house MR seminars.

Laux (pictured), who has been with Burke since 2009, previously worked in sales and marketing for Ohio-based Parker Marketing Research, before which, he worked for HR consultancy Right Management Consultants. In 2011, he was promoted to the position of VP, Client Services.
