US-based voice-of-customer technology firm OpinionLab has appointed Barry Atkinson as Vice President of Technology and Operations.

OpinionLab’s patented methodology collects, interprets, and reports unsolicited, open-ended customer feedback in real-time. Atkinson (pictured) joins with more than twenty years’ experience of driving technology innovation and scaling architecture. Most recently, he worked at inflight connectivity specialist GoGo as Director of Platform and Services Architecture. Prior to that, he held engineering, software development and architecture leadership roles at an array of high growth technology firms including Matrx Broadband Technology, 3Com and Airtouch.
