In the US, full service agency True North Market Insights has appointed Jason Jacobson as Vice President and Michelle Seidl as Project Manager.

Founded in 2010 by Dave Santee, True North works with clients across areas such as product development, branding, customer loyalty and communications. Jacobson joins after serving as Director of Research for running and racing not-for-profit Running USA, having previously been Research Director at Koski Research, Director of Research at AnswerLab, and VP Client Services at Millward Brown. Earlier, he spent fourteen years at Q&A Research, latterly as VP, Director of Methods & Analysis.

Seidl joins with an in-depth knowledge of database marketing and data mining principles and practices. She has thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry, with the majority of that time spent with TD Ameritrade in market research and analytics roles.
