In India, consumer research and analytics firm Blueocean Market Intelligence has promoted Anil Damodaran to the role of Assistant Vice President in its LiNK solution team.
The solution, which was initially designed by data integration specialist Cognicient (
acquired by Blueocean back in 2014), provides market research, data integration and reporting technology, with a recently launched feature which automatically sorts and categorizes research sources.
Damodaran (pictured) takes up his new role with more than twelve years’ marketing analytics experience. He began his career in marketing at Microsoft, before joining Blueocean parent company Cross-Tab as Market Research Manager, and since 2014, he has served as Blueocean’s AVP – Technology, Media & Telecom.
