Rhiannon James has joined research technology company Dub as Strategy & Innovation Director, bringing more than fourteen years' experience in developing and implementing brand and business strategies.

She spent six years at membership organisation D&AD as Director, Education & Professional Development, before leaving in 2012, and has since worked as OD Strategy Lead, Europe at digital ad agency SapientNitro, then most recently as Senior Project Manager at management consulting firm 100% Open.
