In the US, customer analysis firm SeeLevel has appointed former GfK exec Donna Goodwin as Senior Project Director in its Senior Project Management team.

The firm was formed last year following the merger of agencies Mystery Researchers, Insula Research, and Beyond Hello. Goodwin (pictured) joins with thirteen years’ industry specific expertise across the mystery shopping and store auditing space. For the past decade, she worked at GfK Mystery Shopping, where she latterly served as Research Director responsible for nearly $8m in client contracts. Earlier at GfK, she served in operations management roles.
