WPP media investment arm GroupM has appointed Alex Stil as President of its recently formed data, analytics and digital services business [m]PLATFORM across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); while Sebastiaan Moesman joins as Vice President, EMEA.

[m]PLATFORM is supported by a team of data scientists, technologists and digital practitioners from across GroupM specialist companies and Xaxis, WPP's audience profiling and targeting division. Stil was most recently Global Chief Commercial Officer of digital specialist GroupM Connect, and before this held senior roles at WPP media agencies Mindshare and Reddion, the latter of which he co-founded with Moesman and sold to WPP.

Moesman was previously Global Head of Operations for GroupM Connect, and since Reddion's acquisition has held a number of GroupM leadership positions including COO for GroupM Netherlands and CEO GroupM Interaction, also in the Netherlands.
