Cincinnati. Ohio-based consumer data analyst 84.51 degrees has hired Qi Zhao as Research Scientist and Michael Eaton as a Scientific Developer in its New York office, while promoting Eric Igel to Senior Commercial Finance Analyst and Justin Conley to Analyst.

Igel, who adds 'Senior' to his previous title, will support the firm's Customer Communications business. He is a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and holds an MBA from Xavier University. Conley is upped from Associate Analyst, and will now be responsible for managing multiple solutions on the Enterprise Pricing team. He earned a Bachelor of Philosophy and Master of Leadership and Intercultural Studies from Liberty University.

Zhao will be responsible for developing and modifying price and promotion models, and joins from Boston University where he served as a research assistant, and from which he graduated with a Ph.D. Eaton, a former Algorithm Scientist and Lead Electronics Engineer at USAF, is in his new role responsible for algorithm development and analysis to support pricing, promotion, and supply chain systems. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wright State University.
