Research community and survey technology specialist Vision Critical has appointed former Telstra exec Matt Howley as Research Director in Melbourne, Australia.
Howley (pictured) joins after more than six years at telecommunications and media company Telstra, where he latterly led the Customer Experience and Advocacy Insights team, which measures the firm’s strategic net promoter score. Before this, he worked for GfK as Research Manager on the Financial Research Survey, was a Research Analyst at Tesco Bank, and he held marketing analysis positions at Mercedes Benz Australia.
