Jill CarnickIn the US, full service agency The Dieringer Research Group (The DRG) has appointed Jill Carnick as an Account Director.

Carnick (pictured) joins with more than twenty years’ experience. She spent the last nineteen at Market Probe, where she initially served as Project Manager, and since 2010, has been VP & Senior Account Director. During her time with the firm, she worked with clients across a number of sectors such as healthcare, financial, and commercial insurance. Her responsibilities included formulating research methodologies, qual and quant analyses, interpretation of research findings, and recommendations; with a background comprising customer experience (CX) management programs, journey mapping, customer loyalty and advocacy research, competitive benchmarking, text analytics and Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking.

In her new role, Carnick is charged with fostering relationships with existing clients, coordinating with The DRG’s internal teams to design and implement research projects for her clients, and developing new business opportunities. Director of Business Development Nicola Riggleman comments: ‘We’re delighted to have Jill on our team. Her proven success in building solid client relationships coupled with her extensive knowledge of marketing research will be a great asset to our Business Development team as we continue to grow.’
