In the US, Olson Research Group has appointed former SHC Universal VP Brendan Sammon as Senior Account Executive.

The firm provides qual and quant MR, with services from fieldwork/recruitment to full execution of projects. Its proprietary database comprises more than 2.4 million healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.

Sammon joins from healthcare data collection firm SHC Universal, where he worked for more than seven years. Latterly, as the firm's VP, Client Relationships, he was responsible for new client business development and client relationships of major accounts, while selling both CATI and online panel services. Before this, he worked for Q Research Solutions as VP CATI/Web Data Collection, and he held senior positions with Centrac and Business Science International.
