Customer experience-focused marketing agency Merkle has named Paul Walczyk as VP, Client Service Group Leader.

He joins from Havas Worldwide where he was Global Account Director for a major brand client; and before this served as SVP of marketing for One Main Financial, a Citi company. Earlier he worked at American Express, GE Capital and Constellation Energy.
