Atlanta, GA-based integrated marketing agency SCOUT, a part of Mark Penn's The Stagwell Group, has promoted Cheryl Maher to SVP and Chief Client Officer of its Consumer Division.

The company was founded in 1999 and has three US offices, serving clients in consumer, B2B and healthcare. Maher joined in 2004 and until now served as SVP, Director of Client Services, playing a key role in creating and managing the agency's new Strategy & Insights group. This included development of its trademarked brand development model The Human Brand Method, and authoring of the MOMPACK propriety database of influential mothers.
