84.51° has more than 700 associates, many of them former employees of dunnhumbyUSA, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of supermarket chain The Kroger Co.

Arnold, who was previously a Media Planner, is responsible for building communication plans that help align to the Customer First strategy of parent firm The Kroger Co., and holds a Bachelor of Human and Consumer Science from Ohio University. Thurber is responsible for custom insights in the Fresh department, and was previously an Analyst on the Health and Wellness team. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science from the University of Texas-Austin. Weinstein, formerly an Associate Client Lead, will be responsible for the development and deployment of new digital personalization capabilities. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from George Washington University.

Shelton joins as Primary Research Manager supporting communications & customer experience, from Saatchi & Saatchi X where she was Senior Shopper Strategy Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.

Bowerman has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan, and worked as IT Manager at Northern Manufacturing Co. before joining 84.51° where he will work as Product Manager, Data Solutions.

Napier joins as Campaign Manager, responsible for executing The Kroger Co.'s Best Customer Communication programs and managing processes and efficiencies for integrated retail media programs. She worked previouslyas Account Executive at Williams Lea Tag, and earned a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.
