London-based MR staffing specialist Hannelius Recruitment has expanded its team with the hiring and rapid promotion of Julia Lehtosaari and the appointment of Michael Mageean.

Lehtosaari joined the company in June this year as a Trainee Consultant and has already been promoted to Junior Consultant and Social Media Manager. She studied Management and Organisation, Marketing, CSR and Computer Science at Helsinki university Hanken Svenska Handelshogskolan. In the summer, she joined the sub-committee of UK researcher charity the Market Research Benevolent Association.

Mageean brings ten years' experience as an account manager and recruitment consultant in the IT sector, covering areas including enterprise solutions, technical training and software development. He moved to London in May and joined Hannelius, where he will work on a full range of roles but with a particular focus on data / technology.

Company founder Katariina Hannelius notes: 'We saw the industry changing and wanted to respond to our clients' changing needs by appointing consultants who will be able to work on data scientist, R, Python types of roles, whereas I am specialised in Sales and Operations roles.
