Social media CEM platform Sprinklr has appointed Luca Lazzaron as its first Chief Revenue Officer.

He joins with more than 20 years' experience driving global sales and customer success at tech companies including BMC Software, Cisco and BladeLogic; with a focus on guiding firms through major transitions including IPOs and rapid growth. In his new role, he will oversee Sprinklr’s Sales, Solutions Consultants, and Sales Enablement teams, inclulding hiring and developing staff.

Sprinklr helps companies engage and listen to customers on Facebook, Twitter, and more than 23 other social media channels, via a unified platform integrating legacy systems and siloed teams. The company says the latest appointment will help it 'further accelerate its growth and define a new class of enterprise software'.
