In Canada, polling, research and strategic marketing firm Leger has appointed Bich Tran as Director of Analytics in its Montreal office.

Founded in 1986, Leger employs more than 400 staff in seven offices in Canada and the US. The firm also owns the legerweb.com panel with more than 400,000 members; customer experience measurement specialist Leger Metrics; and qualitative recruitment and facility rental firm Consumer Vision.

Tran (pictured) previously worked as Senior Customer Insights Lead at customer science business dunnhumby, and as Game Intelligence Specialist at video game developer Ubisoft. Her background includes quant modeling, data visualization and business process improvement, and she has also provided analytics advisory service to clients in various industries including retail, video games, and the public sector.
