Ailean MillsIn London, strategic communications consultancy Verbalisation has hired former BAMM exec Ailean Mills as Head of Strategy, while Anthony Earley joins as Commercial Director.

Verbalisation uses a methodology called RAID (rapid audience insights diagnostics) to reveal psychological insights and audience intelligence for use in behaviour change strategies, brand positioning and 'verbal engineering' client campaigns. Mills (pictured) previously worked for ethnography insight agency BAMM as Global Insights Director, before which she was Global Head of Cultural and Qualitative Investigation at Omnicom-owned Hall & Partners. During her career, she also worked as a planner for Leo Burnett, Havas Worldwide and Saatchi & Saatchi, and Starcom Mediavest Group as Human Development Director.

Earley was previously a publisher at Redwood, before joining Bounty UK as Executive Board Director, and then moving to Regus plc as Global MD, and working for visual communications specialist Lick Creative as a director. In their new roles, Mills and Earley will focus on diversifying Verbalisation's client roster.
