In the US, consumer data provider Neustar has appointed Marjorie Bailey as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and metrics, diversity and inclusion, and compensation and benefits.

Neustar uses data science, programmatic ad buying and proprietary first party data assets to provide cross-platform ad targeting services for clients. Bailey (pictured) joins with a 25-year HR background. Most recently, she was Chief Human Resources Officer of IT government contractor CACI, before which, she held the same job title at the Health and Engineering Sector at defense company Leidos. Earlier in her career, Bailey was VP of Human Resources for science and technology company SAIC's Research and Development business unit, and she held HR, project management and technical writing positions at Troy Systems and Jacobs Engineering.

In her new role, Bailey reports to President and CEO Lisa Hook, who comments: 'Marjorie's track record of success driving innovation in human capital programs and employee development is an ideal match for Neustar as we advance our thriving information services business.
