Michael Texidor and Breda O'ReillyIn New York, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) has promoted Michael Texidor to the role of Vice President, Learning and Development, while Breda O'Reilly joins as Vice President, Investment and Relations.

Texidor joined in 2016 as the Director of IAB's learning and certification operations portfolio, where he was responsible for managing the development and certification operations team members. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the learning and certification programs, which includes Digital Media Sales Certification. He will also lead the development of new training programs focussed on skill development, research, thought leadership and best practices.

O'Reilly joins with sixteen years' digital ad industry experience. She most recently served as Digital Advertising Director of The New Yorker, where she oversaw ad interests during the implementation of the digital paywall. Previously she helped grow the digital ad business for The Atlantic and the Guardian US. At IAB, O'Reilly will work closely with the organization's more than 650 member companies, while helping guide the programming team in the creation of new offerings.
