In the UK, media and marketing insights firm Ebiquity has appointed Kevin McNair as interim Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Andrew Noble, who resigned last week, but will stay at the firm until December to ensure a smooth handover.

Founded in 1997 as Thomson Intermedia, Ebiquity comprises an Analytics division, offering media buying measurement and benchmarking, and performance measurement; and a 'Platform' division which provides media monitoring products. McNair (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience in financial management and capital markets. He spent the past fifteen as finance director, CFO or COO of various publicly quoted and privately-owned businesses, having begun his career with Fremont Financial in Chicago, then spent several years in corporate finance, first with UBS and then Granville Baird.

In a statement, Ebiquity said it intends to appoint McNair as an executive Director of the Board effective as soon as practicable and subject to customary approvals.
