Pennsylvania, US-based pharma MR company Adelphi Research has promoted Kara Delaney and Michelle Lambert to Director, and Shawn McKenna to Director Advanced Quantitative Methods.

The firm says the promotions are in recognition of exceptional client management, leadership skills and mentorship of new team members.

Delaney is responsible for sophisticated quant and qual projects, and has helped drive progress in data visualization at the company. Lambert is a key lead researcher on innovative quant studies, known also for training new staff on quant approaches and platforms. McKenna is the quantitative lead for a major client and has developed several new solutions to address client needs.
