In the UK, technology-led online research specialist FlexMR has appointed former Join the Dots exec Sally Nicholls.

Headquartered in the Lake District, with an additional office in the US, FlexMR was launched by research company Intersperience in 2013, and offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, as well as a multi-language software product supported by insight professionals. In September, the firm launched an integrated platform called InsightHub, bringing together its range of existing research tools and services.

Nicholls (pictured) joins after seven years with full-service agency Join the Dots, rising in that time from Research Support Assistant to Research Manager. Dorota Rewinska, FlexMR's Chief Research Officer, comments: 'We are thrilled to welcome Sally to the team. I have no doubt that she will integrate well and contribute greatly to our research projects.
