Amun Rehsi, Ella Beaumont, Kyle Spinks and Elin BarryUK-based consumer insight agency Join the Dots has appointed Amun Rehsi, Ella Beaumont, Kyle Spinks and Elin Barry as Research Executives, following their completion of the firm's Graduate Development Programme.

The agency, which was bought out by its management in 2017 and has offices in Manchester, New York and Singapore, set up its MRS accredited programme in 2013, and to date, it has welcomed a total of 29 graduates from the UK and overseas into its research teams after completion of the programme. Graduates are exposed to 130 hours of formal training and the overall goal is to ensure that after five months, the graduates are ready to 'hit the ground running' in the agency's research teams, working on a variety of live research projects.

Rehsi joined the programme after graduating with a degree in International Development from King's College, London; Beaumont studied for her Undergraduate in Psychology and Masters in Marketing at Leeds; Spinks has a Masters in French and Spanish with Intercultural Communication from the University of Manchester; and Barry graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Manchester in 2015, since when, she has worked on secondary research in the ABM space.

Tim Griffiths, Learning and Development Manager, comments: 'Our training is combined with lots of opportunities for the graduates to put what they learn into practice, with hands-on project experience and placements in our research teams. We also support our graduates via mentoring, coaching and regular one-to-one reviews. We believe the programme is very robust and detailed and will equip graduates with the knowledge, skills and opportunities required to have a successful career in research at Join the Dots.'
