Marc MascaraIn the US, Keypoint Intelligence - InfoTrends has promoted Marc Mascara to the role of Director of its Customer Communications Advisory Service.

Keypoint Intelligence comprises two brands: InfoTrends and Buyers Lab. InfoTrends provides market research and strategic consulting for the digital imaging and document solutions industry; while Buyers Lab offers information, test data and competitive selling solutions for the document image sector. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mascara (pictured) worked at Eastman Kodak Company as Director of Marketing US/Asia for the Enterprise Inkjet Systems Division; managing regional marketing and operations for Kodak's high-speed inkjet portfolio. Before this, he held senior product management and OEM sales positions at Electronics for Imaging and Scitex Corporation.

In his new role, Mascara is responsible for conducting market research and analysis, consulting engagements, forecasting market growth, client care, and providing coverage of industry events in the customer communications market. Ron Gilboa, Group Director of Production Technology, comments: 'I'm excited to have Marc move into this specialized area where he can utilize his experience and knowledge to examine this market.
