Ross McNabUS-headquartered Cardlytics, whose technology tracks consumers' buying and rewards them according to their individual purchase behaviour, has appointed Ross McNab as President, North America Advertising.

Cardlytics partners with more than 2,000 financial institutions to run their banking rewards programs, using purchase intelligence to make marketing more relevant and measurable; and uses the data itself to analyse where and when consumers are spending their money, offering the resulting insights to marketers for targeting and measurement purposes. The firm is headquartered in Atlanta, with offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Visakhapatnam, India.

On October 1, McNab will join in New York from data-driven marketing firm MediaMath, where he served as North America Managing Director. He previously co-founded Kinected (acquired by MediaMath), which operated ad technologies in Australia, New Zealand, and the wider APAC region. Earlier, he was Director of Global Business Development at MediaMind, where he developed a managed-service demand-side platform offered in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

In his new role as part of Cardlytics exec team, McNab will lead the North America advertising team to drive continued revenue growth for the company.
