Maurizio AlbertiUS-based digital marketing solutions provider Mapp has appointed Maurizio Alberti as Vice President Global Sales, charged with defining and planning sales goals and strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer loyalty and partner satisfaction.

Launched in 2016 by investment firm Marlin Equity Partners, Mapp combines the digital marketing-related business it previously acquired from Teradata Corporation and an e-mail marketing company, BlueHornet Networks. MAPP Digital's Customer Engagement Platform helps users identify consumer and behavioral data and streamline insights, in order to acquire new customers and grow brand affinity. Earlier this year, the firm acquired German software developer Webtrekk, which offers tools to help companies connect, analyze and activate user and marketing data across all devices.

Alberti (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' digital marketing industry experience. Most recently, he served as MD of digital marketing firm Teradata eCircle in Italy, having joined eCircle in 2004 (prior to its acquisition by big data firm Teradata), and been promoted to MD six years later.
