In the US, management consultancy ScaleHouse, which offers services to guide marketing and analytics firms through all stages of growth, has brought in financial specialist Michael Pazzani as a Consulting Partner.

Launched earlier this year by Kristin Luck, former President and CMO of US-based quant MR tech firm Decipher and founder of not-for-profit organization Women In Research (WIRe), ScaleHouse services include support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). It also offers advice on growth financing and recapitalization in partnership with investment bank Oberon Securities, which specializes in M&A advisory and private equity/debt financing services.

Pazzani joins with more than a decade of strategic experience, gained in exec-level roles with Unison Investments and Zanoma, as well as in positions at Capital Research Partners & Co, Celadon Financial Group and BNP Paribas. In his new role, Pazzani will advise clients to help them achieve their growth goals. In addition, he is also affiliated with Oberon Securities.
